Account Deletion Policy — Block Journey: World Builder

We provide a simple, in-app way to permanently delete your Block Journey: World Builder account and all associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Game.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Read the confirmation warning carefully.
5. Tap Confirm to proceed, or Cancel to go back.

Account deletion is available directly in the app — no email request, web form, or waiting period is required.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once confirmed, the following data is immediately and permanently removed from our systems:

• Your username
• Your current level and level progress
• Stars earned and best scores for every level
• Unlocked and completed themes/worlds
• Collected in-game elements/items
• Hint tokens and powerups (blast row, blast column, 4x4 blast, random blast)
• Total score / coin balance
• Total stars
• Avatar selection and unlocked avatars
• Equipped and unlocked avatar frames
• “Ads removed” purchase status
• Diorama/world-building free-edit usage records
• In-game item claim records
• Your underlying anonymous account identifier

What Is Not Automatically Reversible

• In-app purchases already made (e.g. “Remove Ads”, coin packs) are not refunded as part of account deletion. Purchase records are held by Google Play / Apple App Store per their own policies, independent of your in-game account.
• If you reinstall the Game or play again after deletion, you will start as a brand-new player with no access to your previous progress.

Data Retention After Deletion

We do not retain a backup of your gameplay data after deletion. In rare technical cases (e.g. a delayed step in the deletion process), a residual, empty authentication record with no linked gameplay data may briefly persist before being automatically purged — this record contains no personal data, gameplay data, username, or progress.

Third-Party Services

Deleting your account removes your data from our own systems (Firebase/Firestore). It does not affect data separately held by:

• Google Play / Apple App Store (purchase history, for their own legal/accounting purposes)
• Google AdMob (anonymous, non-account-linked advertising/analytics identifiers, governed by Google’s Privacy Policy)
